Our blocks used for regattas, leisure and light sailing

Blocks are a hardware basic on a sailing boat, reducing the effort exerted on the ropes by enhancing traction on the various pulling points. A well-suited nautical block is essential to on-board safety during navigation. KM Nautisme carries a wide range of blocks, by brands such as Harken, Ronstan, Karver, Antal, Viadana, Barton, Optiparts, Nodus Factory and Wichard. These are industry-leading hardware suppliers, manufacturing ball bearing, friction or lashing blocks, as well as sheave boxes and snatch blocks. Ball blocks

Present on all types of sailing boats, from dinghies to yachts, Twin halyard blocks are useful in many ways in addition to adjusting the Genoa sail, main sail and spinnaker. KM Nautisme provides ball blocks supplied by Barton - ensuring good reliability and versatility. These sheave blocks made of acetal resin are available in single or double versions to cover all your needs, and can even be used on large boats thanks to their high load resistance.

Friction blocks

We also have a wide range of friction blocks supplied by Harken, boasting aluminium flanges and compound material sheaves. Aimed to fit out residential yachts and cruisers, these blocks are available in diameters 45 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm, and come in many different models: single, double or triple blocks for the hoists, with or without a becket, cleat or swivel.

Lashing blocks

Our Karver lashing blocks offer an optimal friction coefficient, thanks to their lateral balls and central rollers. This aluminium block comes in different diameters, and its main asset is that it is so light. Some models have a built-in guide, and others are delivered with a textile shackle and/or guide.
