The 406 T is technology of the large reels, 2 trains of ball in Delrin on the drum and the swivel bearings. All its components are made from polyarylamide.

Manufactured in workshops Plastimo in Lorient, all the castings are made by injection high pressure.
This allows to obtain comparable to some metals, mechanical characteristics, with a total inertia to corrosion, so virtually maintenance free.
Retractors "T" series are equipped with a double gorges profile.
This profile enables use in was empty for the regatta, or the establishment of a second sailing in downwind chisel, to avoid the sending of the spi.
They don't require cuts across the forestay, using a process patented to Assembly of profiles and exclusive.
The rope PVC is mounted in alternation with the profiles of aluminium, avoiding any risk of tearing of the veil at the junctions.
