Action Top - WIP

This lycra was developed by WIP to absorb shocks during navigation. Based on a reinforced Spandex lycra, the designers have added inserts to the various strategic places which are regularly impacted during navigation.

Depending on the area, these inserts consist of the following elements:

Forearm: anti-perforation thermoplastic plate, EVA foam, for shock absorption, and neoprene covered with Cordura, for its resistance to friction

Shoulders and sides: EVA foam

Elbows: neoprene covered with Cordura

Spandex/lycra was chosen because it allows great freedom of movement, it is breathable and provides little thermal insulation. You can therefore wear this protective top in all weathers, either over your neoprene wetsuit or alone. It ensures good heat dissipation in hot weather.

The cut has been adjusted to guarantee great freedom of movement and more comfort, while keeping the pads in the right places and close to the body, for good protection.

A back pocket allows you to add a protective plate in the back (not supplied with the top)
